Refund & Cancellation Policy – Gyawun.com

1. Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • To cancel, email us at help@gyawun.com or WhatsApp us with your order details.

2. Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns only if the product is:
    • Damaged during shipping
    • Incorrectly delivered
    • Defective
  • Requests for return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product should be unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.
  • To request a return or exchange, please email us with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the issue (if damaged/defective)

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of handmade and customized items, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Stoles, shawls, and pherans with hand embroidery
  • Food items
  • Custom-made orders

4. Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.

5. Shipping Charges:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
