1. How do I place an order on Gyawun.com?
To place an order, browse our collections, select the product you wish to purchase, and click “Add to Cart.” Once done, proceed to Checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
After your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from help@gyawun.com.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Processing Time:
We require 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch. Shipping timelines begin after this processing period.
Payment Options:
- For Indian debit/credit cards, UPI, or Net Banking, select the Razorpay option at checkout.
- For international credit or debit cards, choose the Stripe – International Card Payment option.
2. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all prepaid orders across India.
A ₹40 charge applies on all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
International shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide through DHL and FedEx. Delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance.
Custom Duties:
Import duties or taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.
- USA: Duties depend on the current tariff rates set by the U.S. administration.
- UK: Generally duty-free, but occasional inspection charges may apply.
- Other countries: Please check your local import rules for details.
We regularly ship orders to USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Japan and Australia.
4. Do you have a shop or can I visit?
We are an online-only store and do not allow in-person visits or pickups.
All orders are placed online through our website, and products are delivered directly to your address.

6. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes within India.
🔹 Important: COD orders are only confirmed and dispatched after you share your order number on WhatsApp at +91-9999777835.
COD Details:
- ₹40 COD charge applies.
- COD available up to ₹2,999.
- Orders above ₹2,999 are prepaid. In some cases, we allow partial COD (half prepaid).
- Some COD orders may need a ₹100–₹150 advance, adjustable in final billing.
- COD is not available for international or exchange orders.
- Customers who reject COD parcels may be restricted from future COD orders.
7. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, you can request a size exchange within 72 hours of receiving your order by emailing help@gyawun.com or messaging on WhatsApp.
However, since most products are artisan-made in limited quantities, the same design in another size may not be available. In that case, you can choose an alternate product from the same category.
Exchange is allowed only for:
Pherans, Kaftans, Cord Sets, Ponchos, and Kurtas.
Not exchangeable: Rugs, food items, copperware, Paper Mâché, Kangri, Tumbaknari, Pashmina, walnut wood, and custom-made items.
8. What is your return or exchange policy?
Orders are eligible for return only if an incorrect or defective item has been delivered. Please report within 72 hours of delivery with photos on WhatsApp at +91-9999777835.
- Return Pickup available across India (₹120 per item).
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange/return.
- Exchange allowed once per order.

9. How long does delivery take?
After processing (1–2 days), typical delivery timelines are:
- Srinagar: 2 days
- Delhi NCR: 3 days
- Mumbai / Bangalore: 3–5 days
- Punjab: 4–6 days
- South India: 5–7 days
- North-East India: 5–8 days
- Rest of India: 5–9 days
- International: 5–10 days

11. Can you share the contact number of the delivery person?
Courier companies do not share delivery staff numbers with us.
You can track using your tracking link, and if needed, message us — we’ll help you coordinate with the courier.
12. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You can request a change only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be modified or redirected.
13. I see “delivery delayed” or “fake delivery attempt” — what should I do?
Delivery is managed by third-party courier partners. Once dispatched, Gyawun’s responsibility ends, but we always assist our customers.
We’ll gladly help you raise a complaint, escalate the issue, or coordinate with the courier on your behalf.

No, we do not allow reselling of our products under any circumstances.
Do you offer wholesale?

How are orders packaged?
Every order is packed securely with multiple layers. Premium items like Pashmina or embroidered apparel are packed in cloth or hard boxes for protection and presentation.
Which couriers do you use?
In India: DTDC (priority), Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post (remote areas), XpressSys/FastBeetle (Srinagar).
International: DHL and FedEx only.
