We use FedEx, Delhivery and ECom Express to ship all our products. If the pincode is not serviceable by these carriers, we use SpeedPost to ship the products.

Products which are delivered in a misfit or misprint condition are replaced free of cost. We do not have a refund policy and hence only a replacement is possible.

We have a 6-month print warranty on all our cases. If the print fades or peels off, we shall replace the case free of cost.

• Size Exchange Policy – Size exchange is allowed only for Pherans, Kaftans, Co-ord Sets, Ponchos, Caps and Kurtas. Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery by emailing help@gyawun.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
  Chargeable return pickup available across India.
• Returns (Incorrect or Defective Items Only) – Returns are accepted only if an incorrect or defective item has been delivered. Please report the issue within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos on WhatsApp.
