Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on Gyawun for pherans, suits, hoodies, t-shirts, bags, or any other products (collectively referred to as “Products”) are generally non-cancellable. However, a cancellation request may be considered if it is submitted within 2 hours of placing the order, subject to Gyawun’s sole discretion and satisfaction regarding the genuineness of the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been processed, communicated for dispatch, or shipping has been initiated.

Cancellation or return requests based on differences in colour, texture, or appearance of the Product as displayed on the website will not be entertained. Please note that product images may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, screen settings, seasonal variations, or the natural characteristics of handmade/artisan products.

Refund Policy

If Gyawun approves a cancellation request, the refund will usually be processed within 7 days from the date of such approval.

The refund amount may be reduced by any applicable charges already incurred by Gyawun, including but not limited to courier charges, shipping fees, packaging costs, taxes, and other handling expenses.
